SHIPPING

We ship items very quickly. The majority of our items ship using USPS Priority 2-3 Day mail.  In cases where the item is bulky or heavy such as Cowboy hats and boots, we reserve the right to ship using standard ground shipping (2-7 days) with USPS Parcel Select, UPS or FedEx. Orders that only provide a PO Box for delivery may be contacted for physical street addresses in the case of using UPS or FedEx as they do not accept PO Box addresses.  Shipment of your order will be delayed if we need to contact you.  In the case of payment via Paypal, we ship only to CONFIRMED PayPal addresses and do not change addresses once the order is received. Should you need to ship to a different address for the order, add it to your PayPal account prior to checkout.

Items ordered before 10 AM CST on Saturdays will typically go out that day, with the exception of UPS & FedEx shipments. Orders made after that time over the weekend or holidays will ship out on the next business day.

 

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Our store is a busy place! We pride ourselves in getting your order out FAST! If we receive your order before 10am (central time), Monday-Friday...it will most likely be shipped out the SAME DAY!! We can usually get Saturday orders out same day too, if placed before 10am. Orders placed Saturday & Sunday, it will be shipped out on Monday.
